How we support our service users and clients
With an extensive team of dedicated Reed Community Care Workers, our friendly, local team of registered care managers, consultants and co-ordinators work in partnership with you to find a solution to your individual needs.
We will work in collaboration with you and other parties to ensure that you are matched with staff who can provide the best level of care and support to vulnerable adults, children, young people and families.
Our care workforce is diverse, with a portfolio of passionate male and female care professionals, and each staff member is committed to delivering high-quality care and support. All our care workers go through a comprehensive selection process, where we assess values and undertake a competency interview, and we follow an extensive, ongoing monitoring programme to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.
You can always be assured of access to our care service, be that in an emergency or urgent basis. Our 24/7 care service, with our experienced, local care teams, is only ever a phone call away.
