Reed Accountancy are delighted to represent an excellent Family run business based in Otley for the role of Accounts Administrator. This position is a permanent position on a full time basis, paying £20,000 - £21,000.

This role would sit within a Finance Team of 3, overseeing many different aspects of Accounts and also Administration.

Job Description

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger Duties
  • Converting Sales Orders into Sales Invoices
  • Credit Control - chasing customers for money on a regular basis - weekly and monthly and updating Sales Ledger accounts
  • General administration
    Other duties requested by line Manager

Job Requirements

  • Preferably AAT or studying
  • Xero experience is preferable
  • Able to adapt to working within a small team of property professionals and admin staff.
