Reed Accountancy are delighted to represent an excellent Family run business based in Otley for the role of Accounts Administrator. This position is a permanent position on a full time basis, paying £20,000 - £21,000.
This role would sit within a Finance Team of 3, overseeing many different aspects of Accounts and also Administration.
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger Duties
- Converting Sales Orders into Sales Invoices
- Credit Control - chasing customers for money on a regular basis - weekly and monthly and updating Sales Ledger accounts
- General administration
Other duties requested by line Manager
- Preferably AAT or studying
- Xero experience is preferable
- Able to adapt to working within a small team of property professionals and admin staff.
