Reed Accountancy are currently supporting our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone who is actively looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment to cover additional workload. The ideal candidate would need to be able to show experience with the following duties:
• Matching, batching and coding sales ledger invoices
• Matching, batching and coding purchase ledger invoices
• Updating customer accounts
• Photocopy and file all accounts information
• Upload invoices to customer accounts
• Chase internal clients for invoice information
