Our local Leicester client are keen to appoint an Administrator for a temporary part-time position starting in January 2021. The post will be working Monday - Wednesday 8.30-14.30pm 16.5 hours per week.
The role will involve dealing with the Student Services Team supporting with their Administration and all aspects of the department. This will include accurate maintenance of current student records, inputting and progression of new student applications and the preparation, delivery and outcome of student interviews.
The successful applicant will need to have excellent inputting data, skills and able to creating reports, using mail merge, filing, creating and processing paper based and electronic folders, scanning and indexing, using bespoke databases and Microsoft Office software.
Along with letter writing and general administrative duties as required within the busy office team. There may be an opportunity for the hours to increase as the department reviews its practices in line with Covid-19 guidelines.
