Working for our Client based in North Bristol, we are looking for a quick to learn candidate who can work in a super busy team.
You will work 10 hours shifts over an 11 week rotation, completing 2 weekends. The team do also work bank holidays – usually 1 or two per year each.
We are looking for a temp to support our Client hrough the very busy Winter period (approx 6 months) and to assist with some specific administrative support to on-going projects. Provided the individuals taken on meet performance and conduct standards then they will be trained up in the full scheduling role which is much more complex and autonomous. Provided this goes well there may be an opportunity to become permanent in the new year depending on funding and continued performance targets.
The role here is VERY busy and you will be under a lot of pressure. They expect punctuality, accuracy and excellent team working as a minimum. They are a small and very busy team and it’s important you can be a part of that.
Initially you will likely be doing a lot of data input and administration but this will build up reasonably quickly into a scheduler role. They are very busy, you spend approximately 60% of your time on the phone and each member of the team receives an average of between 300 – 1000 e-mails per month with shared responsibility for another 7648 per month between them – this is all in addition to the actual scheduling!
Are you up for this challenge? If so please apply on line and I will call you to discuss!
