A key client of mine is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Accountant. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller. You will maintain the financial ledgers for our businesses as well as maintain internal controls, reviews and financial standards.
- Maintain and produce all revenue invoicing
- Review and maintain the ledger for all other revenue invoicing and support the accounts payable team
- Direct daily operations of general ledger
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Assist with the tax and audit requirements
- Prepare supporting schedules and reconcile all AP/AR accounts
- Prepare monthly revenue journals
- Prepare intercompany entries as needed on AP/AR.
- Review and maintain all pre-paid schedules where needed.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Current experience in a similar role
- Part qualified Accountant (AAT / ACA / ACCA) OR QBE (qualified by experience)
