Currently seeking an experience Assistant Audit Manager to join an established practice in the local area. Reporting to the Audit Manager this role will be responsible for the following duties:
*Undertaking onsite audit assignments
*Following pre assignment instruction ensuring work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with firms procedures
*Ensuring quality assurance at all times
*Communicating and identifying any issues and recommending possible solutions
*Briefing less experience members of the team and reviewing their work
*Being point of contact for the client
*Being knowledgeable on firms services to add value
*Summarise budget v's actual spend on each assignment
*Develop and maintain technical knowledge
*Attend meetings and training
Ideal candidate will have strong Audit background gained in Practice and will be ACA/ACCA qualified. Strong IT and communication skills is essential as is experience is a very client focused role.
