You will play a key role in providing an exceptional level of service to customers and take on a range of duties including:
- Communicating with customers via telephone, email and online platforms
- Offering product advice in a positive and friendly manner
- Develop an in depth knowledge of the product portfolio
- Effectively handle enquiries in a timely manner
- Handle a range of associated admin based duties
*The ideal candidate will have fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, as well as one or more of the following – French or Spanish*
