My client is a leading provider of contamination control products and Cleanroom solutions both in the UK and internationally. Their portfolio of diverse products and services are utilised by a variety of sectors including healthcare sectors, high-end manufacturing and engineering.
Due to continued growth they are now looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join them. The successful candidate will cover South UK and will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new consumable account opportunities.
The role is offered with not only an attractive package which includes a base salary in the range of £35,000-£45,000 plus a bonus scheme, company car, company contributory pension scheme and health care scheme. Experience of managing key accounts and developing a proactive sales approach
Experience of identifying, pursuing and maximising new business opportunities
Experience of field sales and territory management and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent stakeholder management skills evidenced by development of long-term business opportunities and agreements
Strong communication, time management, negotiation and relationship building skills
A knowledge or experience of the NHS and other key industry supply chains /procurement structures
