A first point of contact for customers, this role is responsible for providing prompt, professional and accurate information and working with the team to resolve customer enquiries and deliver an excellent customer service experience.
- Assisting incoming calls effectively and efficiently
- Working with other members of staff Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Meet and exceed KPI's and continuing to improve performance and quality of service (e.g. call quality and number of calls handled)
• Minimum 2 years call/contact centre experience
