I am looking to appoint a Children's Studio Manager to hopefully develop and expand on this already very successful franchise.

The role in question will be to nurture, assist and further educate children aged 5-14 who have demonstrated an interest in Coding!

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.  3.45pm-7.15pm (TBC) | Sunday 9am -12.30pm

Outside class ours - expect to work towards expanding the business.

Location: Swiss Cottage Library, London

Responsibilities include:

Oversee operations within Studio (in Swiss Cottage Library)

Being innovative and helping the business grow

Work with parents to define children’s learning needs.

Provide tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the Studio.

Engage with children and families in the Studio and enjoy using technology.

Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.

Engage and oversee Sensei (tutors) to ensure team needs are met.

Ensure the studio is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.

Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to Studio dynamics.

Be able to guide students in a logical manner.

Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals.

Report regularly to the executive team on progress.

Qualifications:

Proven work history with children ages 5-14, and enthusiasm for working with kids.

Familiarity with technology, no programming skills required and all relevant technical training will be provided.

Be willing to learn the curriculum yourself. 

Being able to think logically and articulate this effectively is crucial.

Knowledge of business operations, sales, team leadership and being able to provide overall satisfying service to parents.

Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Deadline and detail-oriented in particular with customers.

Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
