Our client is an Insurance Broker on the Fylde Coast who is enjoying a sustained period of growth over the last few years. They have some local, prestigious corporate clients on their books and their services are in high demand, with an annual turnover well in to seven figures.
To assist in the supply of their current and projected demand, they are looking to strengthen their team by taking on a Client Account Handler with commercial insurance experience. This position consists of regular interaction with clients and insurers, both directly or supporting existing stakeholders, so therefore strong communication and relationship management skills are essential.

- Experience in a commercial insurance setting is required, ideally within an independent brokerage.
- Anyone with commercial claims experience would be at a distinct advantage.
- Remote working is available but not permanently as this role is office based.
- Anyone CII qualified will be preferred, but this is not an essential quality to apply.
Whilst our client would ideally be interested in those with commercial broker experience, this is not an essential prerequisite to application. Those who come from an SME broker or those looking to progress with their commercial insurance career can apply.
The start date is TBC, however we expect this to be within the next 1-2 months.
