REED are exclusively working with a growing company in Norwich, recruiting for the position of Property Hub Agent to join the team on a Permanent basis.
Full time: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality customer service whilst maximising sales potential. This role is a mix of inbound and outbound, achieving sales through service.
You will be handling calls and proactively contacting customers to offer them the company's services, identifying customer needs and cross-selling where appropriate.
You will maximise each interaction with the customer, nurturing potential clients and booking in services, acting as a confident customer expert to help make a positive impact in generating opportunities.
Acting as first point of contact for new enquiries as well as making outbound calls to customers who have made enquiries or shown an interest in services.
Within the role you will have objectives and targets to hit, so we are looking for someone motivated and determined to deliver results.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in high volume telephony customer service / telesales. You will be computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel, experience of Salesforce would be an advantage. You will be comfortable working in a busy environment, be a confident communicator, have excellent customer service skills and the confidence to upsell/cross-sell/identify additional opportunities.
Salary of £20,000 plus Bonus = £26,000 to £30,000 OTE
