I am recruiting for a small family feel business who are looking to expand due to their success. The role will involve collecting Debt on behalf of their clients. The clients are small to medium sized businesses and this company pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
This role will involve:
- Liaising with the clients on a regular basis
- Distributing the cases to field agents
- Collecting debt over the telephone
- General admin duties
- Writing up detailed notes after speaking to customers
- Delivering a bespoke service to the clients
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Dealing with inbound enquiries
If you have experience in admin, telesales, collections, or customer service then this could be the role for you. No day will be the same and this role could develop as this company prefers to progress from within.
