Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a forward-thinking financial services business with offices in Maidenhead and London. Due to continued success and growth they are looking for a Customer Marketing Executive to join the business.
Reporting to and working closely with the Customer Engagement Lead you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the customer marketing and engagement strategy. You'll be driving engagement throughout the customer lifecycle with targeted communications, products and services, and utilising customer data and insights to optimise the customer experience.
You'll be creating targeted customer campaigns through email, SMS, webchat, self service, as well as managing and monitoring the customer forum, Trustpilot and customer satisfaction scores in order to communicate and engage with customers at the right time with the right products and service. You'll also have creative freedom, being able to come up with and implement new ideas to drive customer engagement!

In return you will receive a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience plus excellent benefits.
Head office location is in Maidenhead with occasional travel required to their London office. However due to Covid19 this position will be home-based and therefore could potentially be suitable for candidates within the Home Counties dependent on their willingness to commute/ travel in future.
