Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Hourly pay rate: £12.82 per hour dependant upon experience.
The Role included but is not limited to
- Handling repeat business and quoting new prices when required
- Processing and management of customer sales orders on Microsoft AX Dynamics, with an understanding of gross margin and ensuring goods delivered on time.
- Processing of purchase orders on Microsoft AX Dynamics
- Booking in/out of stock and stock management
- Raising customer invoices
- Managing deliveries in the UK, booking transport and monitoring costs.
- Assisting with quality systems
- Assisting in other departments when needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics preferable, or other similar ERP system.
- Knowledge of import and export handling, documents and procedures would be beneficial
- Experience with creation and modification of excel spreadsheets and general good IT skills.
- Good telephone manner
- Negotiating and diplomacy skills; there will be considerable customer/supplier communication
- Ability to prioritise, and work well on own and as part of a small team
- Liaising with group and external suppliers
- Liaise with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You must have at least 2 years’ in depth experience of customer service/order processing/ERP systems.
