This is a temporary opportunity to join a business with an envious and unrivalled position in a fast-growing market. This is a temporary role for at least 2 months initially.
Working hours: Monday - Friday and you need to be able to work every 3rd weekend. Shifts as follows:
7.30am - 4.30pm, or 8.30 - 5.30pm or 12.30 - 9.30pm
As a customer service agent you hold a really important role as the first point of contact to all our customers . This role requires individuals that are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and understanding the impact of providing positive customer experience.
This Customer service role is varied – no reading off script here. The initiative, confidence, ability to deal with queries on multiple levels and the ability to put yourself in the customers shoes is key. Full training will be provided but a background within customer service within a business that holds outstanding customer service at the heart of its culture is key to your success and ours.
Dealing with all types of inbound and outbound contacts – calls, emails and live chats
To be the first point of contact for our customers
Identify customer needs and resolve their queries
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident on the telephone
Strong clear verbal and written English skills
Ability and familiarity with use of a desktop PC
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Strong people skills
Previous experience of working in a Customer Service Environment on a call centre is required
