Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 35 hours per week.
Pay Rate: £17,048k per annum
This role would be suited to someone who has had previous experience of working within an office Customer Service environment and has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will need to be patient, and be empathetic towards our customers. There will also be interaction with our staff who work throughout the UK carrying out installations. You will need to be a good team player as well as have the ability to work independently
What you’ll be doing…
• Answering all Customer Service calls in line with agreed KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate and current information for the Response Centre.
• Ensuring confidentiality, security of information, premises and data protection.
• Communicating with outside agencies where required.
• Processing customers’ repairs, replacements, credits, invoices, and payments.
• Carrying out detailed triage for Customers and dealing with faults raised.

• You will…. have a good standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent. English and Maths desirable.
