Exciting opportunity to join a well-established Crawley based organisation who are based on the outskirts of town, parking on site.
As part of the Customer service team you will provide technical advice on products for B2B and B2C customers and once familiar with the product range, be able to give advice on appropriate products via the phone and email.
It is important to be able to put together meaningful quotes and then talk through with customers to ensure a sale/order is completed.
You will need to be able to communicate at all levels and provide a first-class service to their wholesale network.
As the product is of a technical bias you will need to be comfortable with calculations and have good experience withing Databases and general IT
Ideally you will be educated to Degree level with some relevant work experience, apply now.
