Reed Marketing and Creative have partnered with a rapidly evolving, global, technology organisation who are looking for a digital marketing champion. Are you ready to be part of an exciting journey? 

You will use all aspects of the marketing mix to increase demand generation, brand reputation and industry profile. Reporting to the SVP Marketing, you will be part of a growing team, managing digital activity across key target territories including EMEA, US and APAC. You thrive on the metrics and processes of modern B2B digital marketing. You understand how to invest digital marketing programme spend to maximise results, test and optimise programmes working closely with the other marketing functions.

Role requirements:

• Own all facets of digital marketing and online platforms/toolsets – including but not limited to website strategy & future platform development (e.g. channel / customer portals), SEO, social media, podcasts, CRM & marketing automation etc.
• Ownership and delivery of the website development roadmap (e.g. including country sites), web content and maintenance, working with regional teams as required to ensure content is engaging and supports stated objectives
• Develop corporate SEO strategy; enhance online presence using SEO techniques and best practices across relevant search engines to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Develop and execute the email marketing programme, working closely with other members of the team
• Drive digital strategy and innovation, keeping a pulse on “what’s next” and pushing the company to leverage relevant, emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and brand positioning
• Manage relationship & activity with digital agencies and/or freelance partners
• Working with the Demand Generation team, deliver brand and communication campaigns to highly targeted segments
• Oversee the on-going management of data in the relevant marketing systems own data management processes. Ensure adherence to regulations (e.g. GDPR), best practice and implement data quality improvement measures
• Regular measurement and analysis of campaign performance via web analytics data, CRM analytics, marketing automation toolset to continually optimise digital and offline campaigns; establish benchmarks for future campaign performance
• Regular reports on digital campaign performance for onward distribution to the senior management and sales teams as required

Person Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience
• 4+ years managing digital campaigns, agency partners and media budgets
• B2B technology marketing experience a distinct advantage
• Deep expertise with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Remarketing and the display and social advertising landscapes
• Experience using marketing automation and CRM  platforms
• Experience delivering and managing websites including multiple country sites
• Experience in video editing or audio editing (e.g. podcast editing) is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Able to manage digital media budgets across campaigns, regions, and media/agency partners
