Our client is looking for a Field Service Engineers Scheduler to schedule incoming service calls to ensure that service calls are responded to within the stipulated customer KPIs, and that Field Service Engineers' productivity is optimised.
This will be a standalone, and very busy role, suitable for someone ideally with scheduling experience, but someone who has strong administration, organisational and systems knowledge (Click or Team Haven to allocate service work would be advantageous, but not essential!) as well as strong communication skills to develop relationships with customers and Field Sales Engineers. Due to the nature of the role you must have excellent geographical knowledge of the UK to be able to provide the most logical geographical path, reducing travel time, of engineers.
This will be office based in Newbury, Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (half hour lunch).
My client is looking to pay £25,000 but there can be some negotiation for the right candidate, which will be reviewed annually.
