REED Accountancy Lancaster & Cumbria are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading organisation in the Barrow-in-Furness area.

Due to continued growth of services the are looking to recruit a Finance Office to work closely with the Finance manager, to support with Financial Controls and day to day finance activities.
The role will include tasks such as:
- Raising invoices, reporting costs and managing purchase ledger and inter-company transactions.
- Posting cash receipts on relevant ledgers and tackle credit control on sales ledgers.
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash allocation
- Payment processing
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification (e.g. AAT) is ideal but isn’t essential. The organisation is more interested in technical knowledge and skillset.
The ideal candidate should be used to inputting data, preparing management accounts and working with Excel. They will be organised, committed to high standards and always ready to lend a hand.
