REED HR are partnering with a great organisation based in Andover to recruit a Head of HR to join the HR Function on a permanent full time basis.
As Head of HR reporting to the COO you will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources - recruitment, reward, learning and development, organisational development and change, talent & succession management across two sites.
You will have a proven background in a Head of HR level role and or heading up a HR Department managing a team. Able to demonstrate the ability to develop the people strategy working closely with a board of directors, come from a professional services background and have implemented key people plans to optimise operational business performance.
