Working from the office and home you will need to be flexible with working some evenings to attend community meetings. The essential skills required for this role will be a warm and engaging personality, with the ability to extend empathy and understanding, confidence in taking ownership of your role, working independently and being able provide support and explain the technical aspects of the ongoing projects to the wider community.
Ideal experience would be a candidate within housing, development, affordable housing, voluntary sector but applicants will be considered with a friendly demeanour and strong administration/project background. For the duties that will be required within this role you will require access to your own vehicle.
