Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR ADVISOR for my Hatfield based client. This is a permanent role and an excellent chance to join a forward-thinking business.
You will be supporting the HR Management Team to steer the allocated business functions to achieving their goals.
Typical duties include:
HR Strategy implementation
Developing capability through L&D activities and projects
Working with Compensation & Benefits to engage employees
Initial POC for HR queries
Induction & onboarding
Ensure compliance with Employment Law
Are you CIPD qualified and looking for a new challenge?
Do you have proven experience of the above demonstrable in your CV and at interview through competency-based questions?
Are you looking for a permanent role and can commute to Hatfield (although the role is currently home-based)?
