HR Business Partner (Projects)
37 hours per week for 6 months Temporary assignment
REED HR East Anglia are partnering with a prestigious Norfolk organisation with this exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join their busy team and support projects working in a matrix across their organisation.
The HR team is at the forefront of ensuring the right skills and strengths are in place where and when needed, and to support the engagement and wellbeing of individual colleagues. Personal resilience is needed now more than ever to support their colleagues who are under immense pressure to deliver services to people and communities in these difficult times.
Within the HR Transformation and change team you will support a number of diverse projects, using your skills to engage with senior stakeholders, presenting evidence-based information to gain commitment to change, manage risk and escalate appropriately.
You will be naturally collaborative, an influencer and quick to position yourself within the team with the gravitas to engage at a senior level.
Ability to operate effectively and collaboratively in and across a large, complex, changing, political organisation.
Ability to make connections between topics, programmes, people, and issues, in service of NCC performance improvement.
Able to build relationships of trust and credibility quickly and to maintain integrity in the face of competing priorities and interests.
Uses appropriate methods and tools to diagnose root cause of issues and symptoms, and influences leaders and colleagues to do the same.

Ideally you will have an HR background though we will consider applicants with the right mix of project management and people change experience.
