HRIS Specialist needed for an immediate start!!
I am working with a global beauty and cosmetics company who are currently recruiting for a HRIS Specialist to join them on a 12 - 18 month temporary contract.
With SuccessFactors being rolled out in Q2 2022, this contract will be focused on the overhaul of their existing HR systems (SAPHR and ResourceLink) architecture and defining the implementation plan for the rollout of SuccessFactors (experience with SuccessFactors is not essential, but definitely a bonus).
You will working in a brand new People Tech team and working closely with the 60 HR team members across the UK - having a confident and friendly nature is pivotal to this role.
They are looking for somebody who:
Has a technical mindset and is a problem solver - you will often be handling complex issues within their current system architecture
Is resilient and tenacious - they work in a 'test and learn' culture and so oftentimes it'll be necessary to change direction and re-do/undo previous ideas
Thinks outside the box - again, a complex problem solver who has excellent technical abilities
