If so our friendly team in Bournemouth want to hear more about you. The team are looking for someone with personality who has recently worked in an IFA environment who wants to get stuck in. You understand what working under pressure is like (!) but would like to do this in a culture that fosters team work.
You will have full training with the aim to then support two Financial Planners who need their time managed and clients nurtured. Delivering 5* customer service comes naturally to you as does being on the phone!
Duties will include:
Managing a daily task list, using your prioritisation skills to efficiently and effectively manage your workload
Being the point of contact for queries for clients, colleagues and third parties, taking ownership and resolving these where possible and escalating when necessary
Processing all types of new business both internal and external, maintaining accuracy and ensuring client requests are processed accurately
Working independently and as part of a wider team to assist with workload as & when required.
Preparing documentation for client meetings and new business recommendations.
