My client a Leading Investment and Wealth Planning firm is actively looking to recruit an ambitious Investment Advisor, preferably at CF30 level to join the business. Currently working closely with clients and offering advisory support the successful individual will have a strong desire to help provide the best service possible to existing clients along side developing and assisting with new clients within the business.
The successful candidate will be required to build, maintain and monetise relationships with intermediaries, and direct clients in your allocated regions, flexing your approach subject to product availability and/or marketing focus. Your primary duty is to manage the ongoing raising of funds for our investment management offerings.
In terms of Fundraising:-
Developing the UK clientele of wealth management firms, professional advisers, and direct investors to secure sales of funds
Servicing a wide range of nationwide channel partners with ability to travel and manage forward diary planning
Cultivating existing relationships within the present client base and establishing new relationships
Research and helping to execute broader business development, participating in the creativity behind the service and in the product development of the firm
To develop excellent product knowledge, including tax, legal issues and operations
Firm marketing and representation:-
To represent the Firm in such manner and at all times that you promote the name awareness, reputation and brand of the Firm for the benefit of the whole business
To acquire and enhance your own and the Firm’s skills in communication
To participate in conferences, business dinners and networking events to assist with the Firm’s two core business activities: fund raising and investment management, by attracting investors and winning great companies with which the Company can become a venture partner
To become and to remain knowledgeable and competent in regulatory matters relating to the field in which the Company conducts its business
To become and to remain “threshold competent” within the standards of the Company
To pursue your own Continuing Professional Development for compliance purposes and your own professional career, and to maintain your own development to this effect
To build your own professional competencies, selling skills and investor servicing abilities
To develop and use your writing and communication skills to promote the Company and its services
To be at the forefront of industry and sector knowledge
Product development area:-
To play a role in product development, working with other executives in the Company to develop, refine and launch new products
