My client due to growth are looking to add 1st line support / customer services to their team in Alton.
They are looking for people who are keen to progress their career in a small and supportive office environment.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Provide high-level customer service via telephone and email
• Help customers with questions and resolving their problems so they can focus on what is really important for their business
• Take initiative and support continuous improvement of our customers experience by proactively identifying and researching potential challenges and creating solutions
You will have an interest in IT and be keen to provide a great service to the customers to ensure they keep coming back.
Salary between £23,000 - £25,000, due to office location you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car.
