My client provides a personal legal service across the West Midlands, and they specialise in 6 areas of law. They are looking to recruit a legal secretary with an immediate start.
Main duties and expectations of the role:
- Support fee earner within the conveyancing department
- Manage administration using a case management system
- Regular face to face, email, and telephony liaison with clients
- Compiling letters and using generic templates
- Diary management
This role requires someone who is organised and methodical, with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Due to the requirement of dealing with clients on a day to day basis, a very high level of professionalism is essential.
Experience of working within a conveyancing department is required for this position. Working hours are Monday - Friday with 35 hours per week. They offer 23 days annual leave + bank holidays and free on-site parking.
