Marketing Automation Specialist

My Client, an innovator in their industry, are on the lookout for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their expanding team for an exciting new project and beyond.

They are looking for an Adobe Campaign Pro, who knows the system inside and out, to help the ECRM Team build, manage and automate complex campaign workflows.

This is a diverse role and each day will summon different challenges working across different teams so interpersonal and collaborate skills are a must. My client runs its office as an extended working family so person spec is just as important as skill set!

Data and data management is central to this position, so the right person will need to have a deep understanding of a number of systems and be able to configure and build data schemas. You will identify opportunities to automate, such as testing, custom audiences, propensity scores, contact rules and alerts. And you will be able to create custom audiences from Adobe to social, PPC, SMS and app.

What you will need:

• To be able to assist the team with a number of scoping requirements, such as implementing contact strategy rules, A/B testing solutions for Message Centre campaigns and for SMS and app notifications to feed in and out of Adobe Campaign
• To support the development and implementation of propensity models built by the BI team
• To assist with reporting, with Adobe Campaign and Tableau, working closely with the ECRM team and BI
• To help and train the team to apply predefined filters, typologies, creating IF logic and implementing control groups
• To help with documenting campaign and workflow logic

Essential Skills:

• Data and data management
• Systems including Adobe Campaign, Tableau, Return path and Litmus
• Out-of-the-box functionality, alongside JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services and SQL
• Ability to configure and build data schemas
• Real-time messaging, mobile push notifications and complex technical workflows
• Sophisticated knowledge of the more advanced features within Adobe
• Survey and web app construction
• Adobe Campaign Classic is a must
