This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal, to join a busy and dynamic team, and hit the ground running. The ideal applicant with have experience within a similar role and be available to interview at short notice.
As an Office Administrator your duties will include:
- First point of contact for internal and external calls and enquiries
- Update and maintain customer records
- Run new customer reports
- Give clear and helpful advice to customers by telephone and email
- General ad hoc administration tasks
