Reed Cardiff are currently working with a rapidly growing, innovative manufacturing company who have an important vacancy for an Office Coordinator on site in Cwmbran. It is a full-time, permanent position paying a salary of £28,500 per annum and they are looking for the successful candidate to start ASAP. This is an exciting yet challenging role where no two days will be the same and you will gain exposure to all aspects of the business.

This role is responsible for providing support to the site/site manager on a day to day basis on areas such as, general administration, HR and training. The role will be suited to an all-rounded individual – you must be extremely organised and have excellent administration skills. You will be that main point of contact for all employees on site so you should be capable of engaging with people at all levels comfortably. Experience within a similar role is essential.


Daily duties will involve (but are not limited to):

Administration - providing general administration support to the site manager and team to ensure the smooth running of the office

Training and Development - maintain the training database for all staff on site, create and maintain training documentation, ensure training is up to date, coordinating training when necessary

HR - Support the HR department when needed, note taking at meetings on site, first point of contact for HR issues, coordinating inductions and onboarding

Health & Safety - Work alongside the H&S team to incorporate all safety items, issuing PPE and workwear to employees,

Monthly Reporting - manage and maintain the monthly agency turnover report. Attendance would be required at weekly manning meetings.

Purchasing - Manage the onsite stationary and PPE for all employees. Provide admin support to the site Buyer.

Payroll -  Payroll administration and analysis including holidays, accrued leave, and attendance and labour figures. Provide such information to the payroll department
