HAVE YOU GOT PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN OPERATIONS?
If so, an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant has come up to join an established company in Watford. This is a full time, permanent role.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Updating and managing the database on internal systems and Microsoft Excel
- Liaising with the company's warehouse regarding orders and deliveries
- Analysing client orders and ensuring that all information is correctly added to the systems
- Responding to client queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Stock Control
- Giving excellent customer service at all times
You will have:
- 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role
- Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Great Administration skills
