**Interim to May 2021** Inside the IR35**
-Overseeing & coordinating the opening of 14 new donor centres by November and recruiting over 300 people, many of whom will be new to the organisation and possibly to the NHS. A programme and training and development will be provided to new colleagues.
This also means that the time is right to recruit a brand-new leadership team to manage and lead Plasma Donation. Initially, all roles will be until April 2021 as we learn more about the future for plasma products in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations (Head of Region) who directly reports to the Assistant Director. You will oversee the operational leadership and performance management of the teams, taking us from an idea to a high-performing national service.
You will inspire your team and lead the development of the service into 2021, ensuring that Plasma Donation is at the forefront of high-quality service delivery and innovation. You will be confident about your abilities to work at a high pace and in a rapidly changing environment, able to build a positive culture amongst a new team who are sure to be in the public eye.
A proven track record of operational success is essential. You will have demonstrated this by building high performing teams and delivering excellent service outcomes. You will probably have gained this experience in a complex environment, with significant impact as a successful change leader. We are open-minded about your background, but you will be able to show a personal commitment to quality and safety.
