Reed Accountancy are pleased to partner with a highly reputable firm of Chartered Accountants based in Central Oxford, in their search of an experienced Payroll Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. 

You will join an established team, reporting to the Payroll Manager and will be responsible for a portfolio of clients of varying sizes and requirements. 

As the Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for the following: 

- Processing of client payrolls on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis

- Regularly liaising with HMRC to resolve queries

- Working closely with clients to answer any queries

- Carrying out auto-enrolment administration for clients 

- Completing new starter checklists, P45's and other relevant HMRC forms

- Undertaking year end procedures

In order to be considered for this position, you will ideally have several years of experience within Payroll, from a bureau environment, candidates who come from a commercial background will also be considered. If you have the CIPP qualification, this would be highly desirable. 

In return you will have the opportunity to work initially remotely within a thriving and sociable team. You will receive study support towards the CIPP qualification, along with annual team bonuses. 

When in the office, due to the location of this organisation, there is no parking available, however their offices are incredibly close to public transport links, most notably Oxford Train Station.
