12-month temporary contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work within the NHS on a 12month contract reporting to the Head of Estates and Facilities.
You will be providing strategic direction for the management of The Trusts capital programme. You will be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of a range of estate activities to manage and implement projects as well as the management of costs, budgets, staffing requirements and resources.
To be considered for this role you must –
Hold the PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent in Project Management
Ability to prepare technical drawings on CAD
Comfortable with budgetary management
Knowledge of Capital schemes
Good knowledge of current legislation and regulations in the construction industry
