Reed have an outstanding opportunity with one of our clients based in Ipswich Town Centre. We are looking for a Solutions/Project  Supervisor who is ready to take on a new challenge. 

Department - Solutions

Key Tasks:

  • Responsibility to lead and ensure the effective deliver a broad range of departmental tasks:
  • Analysis; research and evaluate information from various sources o Contract Management; establish, request, validate, negotiate, recommend and accept, followed by ongoing assessment, performance analysis and improvement solutions
  • Database Management; ongoing update and improvement of vendor and client content
  • Digital marketing; maintenance and generation of activity within CRM including campaigns
  • Management Reports; generation, quality assurance, analysis and improvement
  • Supplier Activity; scheduling, communication, attendance, follow up and assessment o Other departmental administration as required
  • Plans own and others’ workload to fulfil general duties and support colleagues
  •  Effectively delivers optimum productivity across departmental tasks
  • Keeps up to date with changes in the industry

General Responsibilities:
• Continually assesses own behaviour, attitude and performance
• Assesses performance of key tasks within the department
• Flexibly undertakes additional duties and non-routine projects under limited supervision
• Accurately records telephone messages for colleagues
• Attends internal meetings as requested
• Attends developmental activities to include up to two residential weekends per year
• Flexibly supports office rotas such as opening hours and lunch breaks

• Project Planning
• Business Travel
• CRM Usage
• Intermediate Excel

Hours - 5 days a week (possibly 4 ) 9am-5:30pm 

Pay £18k
