Profile – What We Need!
Person with Inventory and Property experience
Our expectation is that you are able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team
The role would suit someone with experience of working in a property focused role
Excellent communication skills with good standards of literacy, numeracy and office based computer systems
Highly motivated
Secondary Education - Fluent English language essential
Willing to learn new processes
Calm and professional working manner
Responsible attitude to work and demonstrate attention to detail
Common sense approach in dealing with jobs and tasks
Organisation and excellent time management skills with an excellent telephone manner
Professional approach to tenants at all times
Able to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time keeping with experience of planning/scheduling
Job Role
Dealing with daily telephone enquiries and e-mails
Notifying Utility Companies of tenancy changes
Carrying out property Inspections
Logging maintenance issues onto work orders for our records
Obtaining quotes for works to be carried out prior to tenants vacating
Booking appointments for Inventory Clerks, checking Inventories once carried out and liaising with tenants so deposits can be processed
Uploading reports and information onto Jupix
Arranging contractors to attend once the properties are vacant and ensuring a quick turnover of works
Organising cleaners
Ordering/sourcing materials and appliances when needed
Ensure that day to day priorities are addressed to ensure a high level of service
The following will be asked of the applicant on an ad hoc basis:
Run errands i.e. key-cutters, post office etc.
Charging up electric keys and gas cards when needed
Quarterly property inspections/licencing inspections
Organising required Certificates and all associated admin involved
Covering when people are on holiday

Required licence or certification: UK Driving Licence
Full Time – Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) office closed between 1pm – 2pm for lunch
Saturday fortnightly (9.30am to 1.30pm )
20 days Holiday
