Reed Accountancy are currently recruiting on a PART TIME or FULL time basis for an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk to work in east Ipswich, to be part of a established team of Accounts Payable clerks responsible for and managing the Purchase Ledger function.
• Ensure accurate recording and posting of purchase invoices
• Reconcile suppliers accounts with statements.
• Resolving supplier queries and liaising with business units
Previous Accounts Payable experience in a environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
This role does require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to deal with staff at all levels within the organisation
