REED Procurement & Supply Chain are delighted to be working exclusively with our valued client in County Durham on the appointment of a Purchasing Administrator on a full-time and permanent basis.
The role is offering £18,000 per annum and has working hours of Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
Reporting into the Buyer, you will be required to take individual enquiries from both new and existing customers.
- Processing of orders on ERP system
- Liaising with suppliers for customer orders
- Processing orders on CRM System
- Process Job cards for all departments
- Raise new part numbers
- Process of warranties – Collecting data and photographs
- Organise transport with suppliers (UK & Worldwide)
- Ideally 1 year+ experience in Purchasing Administrator role
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
