Receptionist – Temporary - Ad hoc shifts – Bristol – Start ASAP.
Our client in central Bristol are looking for a professional Receptionist to cover ad hoc shifts to cover holiday and sickness. You will need to be flexible and well presented.
- Front of house duties, welcoming members, making sure to be kind and friendly whilst dealing with a range of queries
- Maintaining office diaries and managing schedules for team members
- Monitoring and responding to emails promptly
- Taking notes and proofreading documents
- Placing orders on the company in-house system
- Receiving and distributing incoming post
- Using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Record keeping and filing
- Handling of confidential documents
