 Reed Turkey is looking for a "Regulatory Consultant" for its a European regulatory compliance consulting company.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( prefered chemical engineering, chemistry, environmental engineering, industrial safety and similar)
Minimum 3 years of chemical or allied industry experience in regulatory and / or health safety and environment function.
Effectively use Microsoft 365 programs and applications, and complex data base usage.
Collaborator both as individual and a team member, with initiative, happy to work in a fast-growing and unique company environment
People skills able to persuade customers and speak from a position of knowledge and credibility.
Adaptive person, keen to keep oneself up to date.
Able to endorse legal and financial responsibilities
Holding KDU / TR SDS certificate
Experience related to REACH, KKDIK, Biocidal, Cosmetic regulations
Experience preparing SDS’
Experience in preparing CSR’s
Experience in managing toxicologic analysis

Job Description:

Planning and prioritizing client portfolio activities to comply with legislation requirements.

Handling communications towards achieving legislation compliance including properly informing clients, consulting on all regulatory related issues, managing invoicing in communication with administrative staff.

Managing the whole process for the Client portfolio

Engaging with potential clients/responding initial enquiries to turn them into Company's portfolio by offering relevant Company

Managing proposal and contract processes

Planning and prioritizing client portfolio activities for compliance

(Pre-)registration process, collecting required data, preparation & submission of the(pre-)registration dossiers to the Authorities etc.

Follow up of the dossier and handling communications with the Authorities regarding the registrations/notifications

Managing invoicing processes for own client portfolio in efficient

Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.

Attend to and present at external client meetings, conferences, seminars, internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

Attend trainings to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills and keep current on developments and changes in legislation.

Being able to merge and to assess chemicals’ and environmental academic background with legal and regulatory provisions within a Profit & Lost professional approach
