We're recruiting for a Sales Account Co-ordinator to join our clients team based on the outskirts of Lancaster.
Our client are a well established family business who are passionate about providing top quality products and exceptional service. They are well known and market leaders in their field.
We're looking for a candidate who can sell, someone who is very proactive, really organised with the ability to convert leads and manage the whole sales process.
This is an internal sales role and the successful candidate will be really confident on the phone and able to build and develop relationships with customers and all the stakeholders involved in the sales process. The products are high value so the sales process can take time to progress, with that in mind we are looking for a candidate who is able to manage relationships effectively and keep the ball rolling.
Some key parts of the role include:
- Leads management
- Lead qualification
- Providing consultancy advice to customers
- Pricing & quoting including arranging sample requests
- Raising sales orders
- Managing order delivery status
- Liaising with all departments involved in the sales process to ensure deliveries are on track
- Ensuring all open orders are managed to make sure nothing is past delivery date
The successful candidate will bring a positive and proactive approach to this role. Excellent written and communication skills are needed along with good time management skills
