I am looking for an Office / Sales Administrator with Customer Service experience for my client based in Hook 

This is a long term Temp position with a potential to go Perm after Christmas 

You will need to have your own transport 

The hourly rate is £10.25 maximum 40hpw 

Do you have experience processing orders and are you a multi tasker? If so this is the perfect role for someone that is available immediately. 

Main Duties: 

  • Customer service & client relationship management
  • Sales order processing- confirm orders, generate delivery notes & invoices. E mailing and posting invoices. Processing credit card payments
  • Carrier liaising, chasing deliveries & negotiation of contracts-bi annual meeting’s with carriers. Invoice checking & processing of invoices on to Purchase Ledger.
  • Generation & distribution of management & sales managers monthly sales reports
  • Sales support admin
  • Reporting monthly on carrier statistics - returns, damages, missing goods, on-time deliveries, late deliveries, cost & suggesting ways to improve/streamline this vital part of the business
  • Liaising with warehouse on carrier returns & advising the credit controller of credit notes & stock adjustments
  • Trade Credit Application forms & references
  • Telephone answering, advice & sales
  • Distribution of mail order & trade lists
  • Occasionally helping out at tasting’s and shows
  • DEFRA & Organic certification
  • Contract Prices on Vintner
  • Postal duties
