I am currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for my client based in Westerham. This is an exciting time for this well established company, as they are expanding their teams across the business.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is able to deal with customer enquiries and also support senior colleagues. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to take their next steps to progress their career in Sales Admin.
The main duties of the role are:
- Liaising with customers on the phone and via email to assist with enquiries
- Logging calls on the in-house database
- Administration support for Senior Surveyors
- Logging jobs on database
Key skills required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good typing skills with excellent accuracy
- Confident telephone manner
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Start date: ASAP

Due to the location of the office you would need to be a driver with access to a vehicle.
