Our local Leicestershire client are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join their Sales internal Team. For a full-time permanent position working 35 hours per week over five days out the week including weekends.

The main role of Sales Advisor, will be reporting to the Sales Manager to carry out all aspects of the day to day running of the site sales complex, ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey. This will include achieving qualified sales reservations and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Plus efficiently progressing reservations through to exchange of contracts and legal completion. Good customer service is expected during the sales process to a high standard.

The successful applicant will be required to ensure that all relevant information required to be able to give full and accurate information is available and maintained at all times. Guide potential customers to fully demonstrate the product. Liaise with customers  solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.

Arrange for a customers to attend demonstrations with the Site Manager and carry out the Company’s handover policy. Assist purchasers following legal completion with any defects or customer care issues and attend and a weekly Sales Meeting, proactively working with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas to achieve increased sales.

The ideal applicant will have experience of working within a face to face sales environment would be beneficial. Aptitude effective negotiation and sales skills with good administration, strong communication and listening skills. Ability to work on own as well as part of a team, IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems. Willing to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours worked. Ability to travel to all sales sites, including divisional offices and able to work weekends and bank holidays.
