Experience required:
Sales experience
Project experience (ideally within the property industry)
Word and Excel
Liaising with contractors
Ideally some knowledge of CAD
NB - You will need to be a driver due to the location of the role.
The role:
To sell new homes and keep in touch consistently with prospect customers from first enquiry through to completion. You will be overseeing the sales department and department budget alongside any necessary administration. This is a fantastic and varied role where you will have exposure to all departments and aspects of the business. Alongside this, you will also be liaising with contractors when necessary and picking up other relevant tasks as and when required.
