REED Business Support Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a local business looking for an Order Entry Administrator to work within a small team based just outside of Kidlington.
The main purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the company SLA’s
They are looking for someone that can demonstrate attention to detail, good communication skills and organised.
You must have experience in a similar role and be able to drive due to the location.
Key Responsibilities include:
Printing orders and tray up from Timelines,
Entering orders into the database,
Working to agreed targets and timescales,
To manage and prioritise customer orders
Flexibility in terms of multiskilling, tasking, and overtime
Working hours – Monday – Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-430
